SZITIC • Mingda I 2nd dividend paying plan is as follows: Each share of the trust will be paid RMB6.00. Date of record is on March 10th, 2006, dividend paying day is on March 15th, 2006. Any beneficiary who has record on the trust fund on March 10th, 2006 is entitled to the dividend. If beneficiary decide to receive the dividend in cash, he/she should make a written notification to the trustee before March 10th, 2006, otherwise the dividend will be paid in shares of the trust. The amount of dividend paid will be converted to shares of the trust base on the ex-right net value per share of February 28th, 2006.
